Moxie Marlinspike | 2012 | USA | 75'

Ever dreamed of restoring an old boat, and then just sailing away during sunset? A few years ago, an anarchist group including crypto-anarchist Moxie Marlinspike actually did that. They traveled to Florida, where they found a boat, fixed it up and called her the "Pestilence" (plague). Then they sailed off to the Caribbean. It is the ultimate adventure, filmed as a video-zine, wherein travelling is possible with little to no money. Sailor Moxie Marlinspike is known and responsible for the Signal encryption protocol, used by Whatsapp for user security.
