Hatha Yoga with Rosa
Join us for the weekly Hatha Yoga classes at the Verrekijker!
Hatha yoga combines āsanas (postures) and prāṇāyāma (breathing exercises) to create a deeper connection with our body, mind and breath. Yoga is not a competitive sport. That being said, the classes are open to absolutely anyone, regardless of age, sex or level of flexibility, whether you're looking for physical exercise, introspection and/or relaxation.

What to bring?
- An open mind
- Comfortable clothes
- Blanket (optional --> our bodies will cool down during the breathing and relaxation exercises, so feel free to bring a jumper, big socks or a blanket)
- An empty stomach (ideally no food 3 hours prior to practice)
- BYOM Bring Your Own Mat (if you have one)
