A longtime member of the Anarchist Group Amsterdam will guide us through a number of locations from the rich radical political history of Amsterdam. Come with us and see: the building where the International Anarchist Congress of 1907 was held, with Emma Goldman, Errico Malatesta, and Rudolf Rocker; The location of a heroic arson attack against the Nazi's deportation of Jewish Amsterdammers; the spot where Dutch troops fired upon a huge revolutionary crowd in 1918, leaving 5 dead and dozens injured; the place where the squatters of the Kalendarpanden resisted the riot police for 4 hours, even after they were attacked with 250 canisters of tear gas; and many more...
