From 19 August 2021 to March 2022, the Collective Zone Neutre occupied the former KBC bank headquarters building at 14 Avenue du Port in Molenbeek. Three floors are then invested to allow about 300 people to live decently, the time to find a solution to their situation.
- On December 13, 2021, solidarity rally in front of the occupation of the KBC, threat of imminent deportation of our undocumented comrades.
- At the end of March 2022, the owner of KBC's former headquarters agreed to extend the temporary occupation by the people of the Collective Zone Neutre by one week. This extension was obtained after mediation between the municipality of Molenbeek and the owner of the building.
- At the beginning of April 2022, a camp for regularization occupied for 4 days the Parc de la Porte de Ninove, in Molenbeek-Saint-Jean, to denounce the injustice of migration policy in Belgium and protest against expulsions, then a large mobilization of support marched towards the Immigration Office on Sunday, April 3. Cardboard tents have symbolically been set up there.
- March 13, 2025, eviction without notice from the building on Avenue Georges Henri in Woluwe-Saint-Lambert. The families had occupied it since the summer of 2022.
- March 18, 2025, the Square de l'Aviation 3 in Anderlecht is squatted. More than 70 people, including a dozen children, occupy this former union building.
- October 17, 2025, eviction of the building in the Square de l'Aviation.
- December 16, 2025, first General Assembly of the Collective Zone Neutre in new premises with a 2-year agreement.
