Since Dec 2022, De Otter is an autonomous social community center, a meeting place for artists and people from all walks of life, subsidy free, not for profit, self-organized and entirely run by volunteers. We're here to bring people together, spread the love and inspire each other by surrounding ourselves with the incredibly creative minds of fellow human beings.
