come join us in our beautiful art space/home for a conversation about death and dying, food and hot drinks provided! the aim of a Death Café is to raise awareness and share ideas to make the most of our (finite) lives. we offer a safe and respectful atmosphere to discuss this topic which is still somewhat of a taboo in society.

a big part of the concept of a Death Café is food, since nothing brings people closer together than sharing a meal. we will provide sandwiches and vegan cake - feel free to bring your own food to share! tea and coffee will also be available (bring your own mug if you want to be on the safe side, our cups and glasses have a tendency to disappear in the depths of the house)

we'll start the discussion around 6:30pm, once people have arrived and settled in. please be aware that this is not a bereavement support group, but of course we also welcome people who are currently grieving.
