We are happy to welcome you to Spoons Amsterdam, a grassroots peers support group and learning space for emotional health! 

While society is becoming more and more stressful - affecting us all -, mental health remains a taboo. Perceived as a personal issue that should not be discussed and dealt with alone, the fear of backlash and shame cause many people to suffer in silence.

As we are entering a particularly overwhelming period with the end-of-year celebrations approaching, let's meet up and put an end to this silence through self-care and support!

For this first session, we will work together on creating an emotionally safe space by sharing and discussing what support means to us. 

So if you are looking for a space full of possibilities where your voice will be heard and valued, Spoons is what you are looking for!

Keep in mind that the group is volunteer based so don't hesitate to reach out if you'd like to contribute.
