Vloerwerk (groundwork) is a solidaritynetwork of workers in Amsterdam that support eachother when facing trouble at work. Since our founding in 2015 we intervened many times at (former) workplaces so as to fight for ourselves. The reasons for this vary from getting fired and back wages to a vacation that was threatened by mess-ups at aworkschedule. We're proud to say that we've won everything thus far. All we do is based on self organisation. Vloerwerk is independent of every political organisation or political tendency. Vloerwerk is open to àll workers in the Amsterdam metro area that understand solidarity. See vloerwerk.org.
