We re-established the current youth assembly in 1999 to address youth issues. The first goal was to get a gaztetxe, and Zizur City Council ignored us, so on August 20th 2005, we occupied the Esparru gaztetxe. Since then, The Zizur Youth Assembly was based on the 2005 Self-Management Project. It aims to create a self-managed youth center in Zizur to promote communication between young people, strengthen the youth movement, and deepen alternative life models. It should be noted that the Mayor asked the Youth Assembly to carry out a project in 2003.
