«low income $quad is a 3-person collective based out of Croatia, mainly releasing tapes and occasionally throwing parties. Their DIY style aesthetics are based from the 90s golden era of gaming and combined with directly tapping into the artist's brain, leading to the tape often looking the same way as it sounds. It was started in 2015 by igen, Strahinja Arbutina and SZCH with a desire to try and provide underrepresented artists as well as the established ones with a platform on which they would feel comfortable releasing their works, often overlooked and less expected output.»
