On this occasion, Ciocia Basia is organising a SOLI PARTY to raise funds and awareness for people who do not have access to safe abortions yet. Ciocia Basia is an activist group based in Berlin, created to support people in need of an abortion. We facilitate contact and appointments with confidential, non-judgemental counsellors and medical professionals who offer the abortion pill and surgical abortion. We also help with translation from and into Polish, offer free accommodation and financial assistance. Poland has one of the most restrictive abortion laws in Europe and the right to bodily self determination is usually not accessible to people with an unwanted pregnancy.
