ASHTORETH is a project in a search of a shamanistic perspective, channeling at times minimal, meditative drones; and at other a catharsis of doom, noise and experimentation touching upon folk, post rock, psychedelica and more. But always in a free form.

Switzerland's Sum Of R creates slow moving instrumental music with a sensibility for hypnotic and complex song structures. Sum Of R’s ritualistic take on expanding sound layers is deepened by the rawness of an unconventional metal atmosphere plunged into darkness, light and its reflection.
We will inaugurate the new Sum Of R Line-up with Jukka Rämänen on drums, and will be joined by his Finnish compatriot Marko Neuman (Dark Buddha Rising, Waste Of Space Orchestra & Convocation). Come and witness live the initial progress towards our upcoming album.
